1. Acceptance of Terms

6. Shipping and Delivery

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our return policy allows you to return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:

- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive the return

11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Site immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Site will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware.
Any cause of action arising out of or related to these Terms must commence within one (1) year after the cause of action accrues; otherwise, such cause of action is permanently barred.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
